Worldwide tracked delivery
Every route is checked against current CJ warehouse stock and available carriers before Stripe opens. Tracked US shipping is $5.95 and complimentary from a $50 discounted merchandise subtotal. International shipping is $8.95 and complimentary from $75. Most US orders arrive in 5–11 business days; international delivery commonly takes 7–18 business days after dispatch.
Product availability
Availability can vary by destination because some care products are stocked in a specific country. If CJ cannot provide a valid warehouse and carrier for your selected country and postal code, the site will stop checkout before payment and invite you to remove that item or choose another destination.
Size guarantee
If your first size is not right, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange one complimentary exchange for the same design, subject to availability.
Returns
Unworn, unused sets in their original tray may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened adhesive products, worn nails and personalized items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking has not moved for seven business days, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact client care with your order number and photographs of the packaging.
